Our bagels are made fresh in New York, using the same methods trusted by generations of bakeries. They’re then par baked, carefully frozen, and shipped directly to our shop, where we finish baking them fresh every morning right here in Lynn Haven.
That final bake is what gives them their signature texture of being crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. Exactly how a New York bagel should be. It’s how the flavor, texture, and authenticity are preserved from the city streets to your breakfast table.
